Human Resources: Creating a Conflict Productive Workplace

Plain and simple, dealing with conflict can be stressful—but it doesn’t have to be. Understanding conflict’s underlying causes and predictable patterns is key to resolution. Leaders are often approached to resolve conflicts amongst their team members, however, the best people to resolve a conflict are those who are involved.

On Day 1 of this workshop you will identify and explore your personal responses to conflict and develop new and effective skills.

On Day 2 we will focus on utilizing steps to better coach others in resolving their own conflicts.

Themes include:

  • Conflict resolution styles; when each is best used
  • Resolution skills for personal conflict
  • Coaching others (benefits and process)
  • Practice, practice, practice
