This workshop is designed to equip middle or newer managers with knowledge and skills to meet the greatest challenge in their role – leading people. Participants will learn about the role of leadership and how to create a motivating environment. They will also learn how to build a high performance team, and strategies for coaching employees to success. This workshop uses tangible tools and hands-on practice to provide participants with a strong understanding of leadership and motivation.

This workshop is intended for people working within First Nations organizations who have a range of leadership experience, from new managers to experienced managers, who are looking for more effective leadership tools.
